Helpers needed
- The 11 am Music ministry is looking for Musicians (pianists) and singers. If you are able to help or would like more information, please contact the Parish office.
- People are needed to assist with Baptism Retreats (held every second month) and with Baptisms at 7pm and 11 am Mass monthly. If you can help please contact Jolene at the Parish Office .
- The Red Deer Clothing Bank is desperately in need of blankets. This organization gives free clothing and necessities to families in need and the homeless. They are currently only able to give a family one blanket. Many children use their coats to cover with at night. If you have gently used blankets that aren’t being used,
please consider passing them along. They are also in need of winter clothing, especially coats, hats, boots,
mitts and gloves. The Clothing Bank is run completely by volunteers, many elderly. It is located at 5005 Ross St. Donations can be dropped off at the back door Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm. Call 403-347-6909. - Red Deer Catholic Engaged Encounter is looking for prayer couples to pray for other couples taking the EE marriage preparation! Are you interested in a special ministry for couples preparing to get married in the church, that won’t take up a big commitment? All you have to do is put the couple’s name on your fridge and promise to keep them in your prayers while they are attending the weekend! If you feel that this could be a ministry for you, please contact Susie and John Hamill.
